What to expect

From request to return trip.

    Submit the booking form or call the office.

    Confirm trip details

    We review availability, pickup info, mobility needs, and destination.

    Prepare for pickup

    The passenger receives confirmed transportation instructions.

    Transportation & arrival

    The passenger is transported to the approved destination.

    Return trip

    Return transportation is provided if scheduled and confirmed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee transportation until the trip has been reviewed and confirmed by Hand in Hand Medical Transport.
